Serving on the VISION Board or a committee is a rewarding way to:
2 Ways to Get Involved
1. Board Service
VISION Board members help set organizational direction, ensure sustainability, and represent the alumni network.
Board members typically:

Attend monthly board meetings and serve on at least one committee.

Support the annual budget and fundraising goals.

Participate in VISION events and ambassador activities.

Serve a renewable three-year term.​
2. Committee Service
Committee members play a vital role in carrying out VISION’s mission. You do not have to be a current or former board member to serve.
Committees include:

Board Governance: Board assessment, recruitment, and onboarding.

Alumni Engagement: Networking and educational events, newsletter content, and mentorship.

Communications & Outreach: Storytelling, email newsletter, social media, and other promotional activities.

The 30-Year Anniversary Celebration Planning Committee: Event planning, logistics, sponsor acquisition, and fundraising strategy.
