The VISION Transylvania Board of Directors is the guiding force behind our mission to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged community leaders. This committed group of volunteers provides strategic direction, organizational oversight, and critical support to ensure the long-term success of the VISION Leadership Program and its growing alumni network.

Partnering with Blue Ridge Community College and the course instructor to ensure the VISION Leadership Program remains well supported.

Securing the financial and community support needed to sustain the program, compensate the instructor, fund scholarships, and invest in future growth.

As we celebrate 30 years of cultivating informed, connected community leaders, we’re taking time to honor what has made VISION strong—while also looking ahead. This is a moment to thoughtfully strengthen the VISION Leadership Program, deepen alumni engagement, and ensure the organization is well positioned for the future.
At the same time, we’re planning a 30-Year Celebration that will bring alumni, partners, and community members together to reconnect, reflect, and be inspired by the impact VISION has had across Transylvania County.
To do this well, we need committed, thoughtful people who want to take action—people who are excited to roll up their sleeves, contribute their skills, and help guide both the organization and this milestone celebration.
